What can you do to serve our nation? #juslikeRizal

To mark the 151st birthday of Dr. Jose P Rizal , the question one must answer is ” What can you do to serve our nation?”
The teachings of our country’s national hero continue to be relevant to the lives of Filipinos today.
Just like Rizal, Filipinos can emulate his truthfulness, firmness and bravery and participate in the fight against poverty, injustice, oppression and corruption. By doing so, “we uphold Dr. Rizal’s legacy of heroism, and become heroes ourselves”

Some tweeps answered this way:
@zihrio
To love someone deeply and with wild abandon and to use words to make it eternal. #JustLikeRizal
@sheepheadborj
I’m a conscious hero #JustLikeRizal
@margadeona says
I will contemplate, discern, and challenge through ideas rather than raising my fists then revolt with battlecries and swords #JustLikeRizal
For me, I can continue with my blogging . Just like Rizal, I participate in the fight against poverty, injustice, oppression and corruption through my blogs and #epalwatch.
We need to imbibe what our national hero preached: “ It is a wasted life that is not consecrated to a great ideal. It is like a stone wasted on the field, not becoming part of a great edifice.”
