Download #juanvote election monitoring Android app via @instapatrol
The #juanvote was the first social media coverage by citizens in the 2010 elections. We will use the same hashtag for the 2013 elections. To support this hashatag is a mobile android app at Google Play store via Kwan Initiatives’ InstaPatrol.
InstaPatrol allows you to ” Unleash The Inner Reporter in You. Turn Your Mobile Phone Into a Tool for Change!”. When you log in using your Twitter accounts you can easily tag the respective Twitter accounts of the following agencies in your post:

When you select blogwatchdotph/juanvote, your post will appear in our @blogwatchdotph twitter timeline with a #juanvote hashtag. However , in our Blog Watch Facebook page, your photo won’t be automatically shown in our timeline until we approve it.
Aside from @blogwatchdotph , you will also have the opportunity to send a report direct to the relevant government agency or media outlet of your choice:
ANTI EPAL – “Epal Moves” by politicians – mostly posters/tarps bearing their faces or names!
