Strange tweets from @congMP twitter account

March 23

7:30 PM- Manny Pacquiao (formerly @CongMP) on why he quit Twitter: “Minsan wala sa mood” and “may nang-aasar”. #TVPatrol via @heyessa

9:00 AM- More updates in my article, Rep. Manny Pacquiao tweets on Twitter’s fifth anniversary and Twitter reactions on @congMP deletion of his Twitter account.

March 22 3:30 PM - Congressman Manny Pacquiao deleted his @congMP twitter account. You can view the screencap to see the tweets.

March 22 2:00 AM I saw @congMP (Manny Pacquiao’s twitter account) where he said that ” I’m watching impeachment trial very interesting topic good night everyone thanks”

I then asked him “Why are you not in plenary?” which led to @neverending explaining that he is preparing for a fight. Still I did not find it a good enough reason for his absence.

I didn’t think it was a big deal until @RAandRat tweeted “nervending to hell with @congmp. Why the fuck did you run for congress when you know you’d barely be present? @momblogger”

I then replied back to @RAandRAT: “wondering too RT @RAndRat: @nerveending to hell with @congmp. Why the fuck did you run for congress when you know you’d barely be present”

It was then that I noticed @congMP tweeted back “@momblogger e di mag reklamo ka doon sa lolo mo hahahaha ”

I tried to communicate in Cebuano because I might be able to understand his tweets. Being “tagalog-challenged” with idiomatic expressions, I asked around what it meant. I thought it was literal for “lolo” .

@RAandRat said ” it means “complain all you want, but there’s nothing you can do about it” ”

I don’t understand why he would retort to such language when my question was not hard to understand. Perhaps he got offended with @RAandRat’s tweet ? Still I asked a valid question. He could have easily gone down to Manila to vote.

Many were really surprised when he voted NO to the impeachment. Someone asked “Some sort joke of the night? “@CongMP Emmanuel D. Pacquiao: I vote NO! and I can give my explanation thanks” TAKE NOTE via twitter. Winner!”

Some think this is not his real twitter account but a news report verifies that it is his account. He said: “Ang Twitter account ko is Emmanuel D. Pacquiao, ‘@congmp’”

It is definitely him unless he claims his twitter account got hacked.

I wrote more in my article, Rep. Manny Pacquiao tweets on Twitter’s fifth anniversary.

Promises of Noynoy

The promises made by Noynoy Aquino from the time he was running as a candidate to the time of his oath taking as 15th president of the Republic of the Philippines was compiled by ang_mungo. The fact that these all came from his own mouth makes it better than those put together by his staff. As of June 27, 2010, there are 24 promises. If you know of a promise that is not included here and have the appropriate reference, you can also email ang.mungo@gmail.com so that we can add it. Continue The Promises of President Aquino
